Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and Noviom Labs for your use of thynklike.com, our SEO, competitor and passive website security audits, the Thynklike Commerce mobile application, AI-assisted features and related support (the “Services”). By using the Services, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms.

If you use the Services for a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to bind them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

Thynklike provides automated website analysis, prioritised recommendations and tools for managing an authorised WooCommerce or WordPress store. Features may include SEO audits, competitor comparisons, passive security checks, report generation, product and inventory management, order and customer tools, blog publishing and AI-assisted content.

We may improve, add, remove or discontinue functionality. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, error-free or compatible with every theme, plugin, host, browser, device, WordPress version or WooCommerce extension.

3. Your authority and responsibilities

• Only scan, connect or manage a website or store that you own, control or have explicit permission to test.
• Provide accurate information and keep your device, API keys, application passwords and accounts secure.
• Use dedicated credentials with the minimum permissions required, and revoke or rotate them if a device is lost or access is no longer needed.
• Maintain independent backups and review every change before or after it is written to your store.
• Comply with privacy, consumer, marketing, intellectual-property and ecommerce laws that apply to your products, customers and content.

You are responsible for activity performed through credentials you provide and for determining whether a recommendation is suitable for your business.

4. Audit and security limitations

Audits use public and passively obtainable evidence. They do not replace a penetration test, code review, accessibility audit, legal review, Search Console analysis, professional SEO engagement or security certification. A clean report does not prove that a site is secure, compliant or free from vulnerabilities.

Scores, rankings, forecasts and recommendations are estimates based on the information available at the time. Search engines, browsers, threats, websites and third-party services change continuously, so results may become outdated.

5. AI-generated material

AI-assisted text and recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated or unsuitable. You must review facts, stock, prices, product claims, links, intellectual-property issues and regulatory statements before publishing. You retain responsibility for all content you approve or publish.

You grant us permission to process the prompts and store context you submit solely to provide and protect the relevant Services. Do not submit material you are not authorised to use.

6. Commerce actions and third-party stores

Thynklike Commerce acts on instructions sent to the WooCommerce and WordPress APIs using credentials you supply. Creating or editing products, orders, refunds, images, customers, categories, tags or posts can change live store data. Confirm the correct store is selected and maintain backups before making material changes.

WooCommerce, WordPress, Apple and other third-party products are independent from Noviom Labs. Their availability, security, policies and charges are outside our control. Thynklike is not endorsed by or affiliated with WooCommerce or WordPress merely because it integrates with their APIs.

7. Subscriptions, trial and cancellation

Paid features are offered through auto-renewing monthly subscriptions displayed in the app. Eligible new subscribers may receive a three-day free trial. Eligibility is determined by Apple and is generally limited to one introductory offer per subscription group.

Unless cancelled, a subscription automatically renews at the price shown in the purchase confirmation. Apple charges your Apple Account at confirmation and at renewal. You can manage or cancel at any time in your Apple Account subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing or trial period. Delete the app does not cancel a subscription.

Use “Restore purchases” to restore an eligible purchase. Billing, refunds and payment disputes for App Store purchases are handled under Apple’s rules. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to gain unauthorised access, conduct intrusive security testing, distribute malware, evade access controls, overload systems, scrape unlawfully, infringe rights, generate deceptive or illegal content, or interfere with another user. We may restrict requests, suspend access or preserve evidence where reasonably necessary to protect the Services or comply with law.

9. Intellectual property

Noviom Labs and its licensors own the Services, software, branding, interfaces and underlying materials. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended business purpose.

You retain rights in content and store data you lawfully provide. Subject to third-party rights, you may use reports and generated drafts produced for you. Feedback may be used to improve the Services without an obligation to compensate you.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not responsible for lost rankings, revenue, profits, goodwill, data or business opportunity; store downtime; third-party conduct; or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Where liability can lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability connected with the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Noviom Labs for the affected Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these terms, create risk for users or systems, fail to pay, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the Services or law. The latest version and effective date will appear on this page. Continued use after a change means the revised terms apply, where permitted by law.
