Please include the feature you were using, your device and operating-system version, the affected website URL, what you expected to happen and any error message. Never email a normal WordPress password, WooCommerce consumer secret or Apple Account password.

WooCommerce connection help

• Use the real HTTPS WordPress home URL, not a login, forwarding, staging or WordPress.com redirect URL.
• Create a dedicated WooCommerce REST API key with only the access needed for the app.
• For media and WordPress posts, use a WordPress application password rather than your normal login password.
• Confirm that security plugins, a firewall or hosting rules are not blocking the WordPress or WooCommerce REST APIs.

Subscriptions and the free trial

Eligible new users can start a three-day free trial through Apple. Apple controls trial eligibility, billing and renewal. To cancel, open iPhone Settings, select your Apple Account, choose Subscriptions, select Thynklike Commerce and follow the cancellation options. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.

If an active plan is not recognised, use “Restore purchases” in the app. For an App Store charge or refund request, use Apple’s purchase-support process.

Audit and AI support

Audit reports are based on public evidence and may show “unable to verify” where a check cannot be completed safely. AI suggestions are drafts: verify product claims, stock, pricing, facts and links before publishing.

Privacy and security reports

To report a suspected vulnerability or request access, correction or deletion of personal data, email [email protected] with “Security” or “Privacy request” in the subject. Do not include exploit code or sensitive customer information in an initial message.
